I was shamelessly indulging in Bravo last night—a little Pump Rules, a little Real Housewives—and while the ridiculous dialogue and drama usually consume my attention (Scheana is SUCH a bridezilla), I couldn't help but notice the casually chic overalls Eileen Davidson wore during an at-home table read. Overalls have been trendy for a while, but Harper's reports that, entering spring, the fashion elite are "not over it." I still haven't bought a pair—and still want to. Madewell's version is simple and cleanly tailored with slim legs. (Check check check.) And in black, it's a bit more elevated and modern than the Gap ones that permeated my dresser drawers back in the day (worn one strap undone, of course). With a tank and easy sneakers or d'Orsays, the updated childhood favorite is the definition of stylish weekend comfort.
